Midwinter Cruise 5K

Congrats to all F'N Runners who ran the Park Forest Midwinter Cruise 5K yesterday! It was a bit chilly and windy, but a fun, well-done race by the Park Forest Running & Pancake Club. And who doesn't love all-you-can-eat pancakes afterward??

Let it snow!

Did you get a chance to "enjoy" today's weather? Join us for our next group run on Saturday, January 14 at 7:30am. Meet outside of the Starbucks in New Lenox, and we'll run the (plowed) streets of the Bluestone subdivision. Run your own pace/distance.

Weekend Group Runs

Great weather this weekend! F'N Runners were able to get out on Saturday or Sunday morning (or both!) for some fun group runs! It was good to see new faces and to get people of various paces (including run/walkers) out there! If you're interested in joining us, we meet next on Wednesday at 5pm on the Old Plank Road Trail at White St in downtown Frankfort.
